NBE LLC and its team recently completed a beautiful bathroom remodel for us. The company converted a walk in closet to a powder room. Working with NBE was smooth and easy from start to completion. I had a burst pipe, that caused damage throughout my whole house. Once the shock wears off, you have to file a claim, then figure out who is going to put things back together. Searching for a contractor was something I knew I could do, but I didn't know it would be so hard. You run into a lot of interesting characters, most with just money on their mind and not concerned with the client. I had more than a few people come check out the project, but things were not syncing up. They wanted to do the quickest job possible and even cut corners. I kept searching and ran across NBE. I looked at their portfolio and I could see they did very good work., so I got in contact with them. NBE LLC came out to see the project and walk me through what needed to be done. We were able to go room by room and figure things out. The company explained why many things were more intensive than the insurance anticipated. Certain aspects like corners of walls needed more work than were estimated. The company also suggested things I hadn't thought about which was nice. The company was comfortable to talk to and set out a plan. I met Sergiu another time & we furthered solidified the plan for the project moving forward. I could see that they were giving me a better value for the cost, in contrast to the other contractors I met with. Work started and things progressed in the right amount of time, not too fast and not too slow. Oleg was one of the workers I met. He and his workmate started reconstructing things. They did a pretty good job building things back. I didn't see any corners being cut and materials were of good quality. Translation helped when things needed clarification, and a few other things got smoother, as we got accustomed to each other. I felt he was doing work that he would be proud of, for the most part. I saw the house taking shape and it felt really good. He stayed many days working longer, as needed, until the job got done. He was willing to alter things, so they worked, they way I needed them to. I felt he was an honest person & I had no apprehension at him working in my home at all. The house was finished in a good time frame. Any fixes that were needed, were easily completed. Payment went smoothly and that was great. If plans changed for the day, they let me know in good time. The materials used were appropriate for the budget we had, and NBE LLC endeavored to add things that made everything more complete. The company also frequently came by to see how things were going. Communication was easy, with NBE responding quickly and willing to discuss any changes that were needed. Sergiu was willing to explain things well in email and that helped the project move along with no problems. NBE was able to implement good solutions to problems that came up in the house. I had suggested a solution to a heating problem, that other contractors said couldn't be done, but NBE made it happen. I felt that NBE LLC & Sergiu were invested in the project, as much as I was. They had pride in their work and wanted things done right. They saved me from continuing to live in a hollowed out home, that I spent most of a year+ in. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done well. I'm more than happy with the way things turned out. If I could get the refresh button on my wallet to stop sticking, I'm sure I'd be on to the next project with them already.

The team at NBE is fantastic to interact with. I contacted them to investigate the source of a water leak and conduct repair work as needed. An interior ceiling needed to be repaired and I have an exterior staircase that leads to a roof top deck that needed to be investigated. The team at NBE did a wonderful job of constructing a temporary roof to protect my home from further complications during the rainy season in Seattle as they found the source of the leak, repaired it, and corrected my roof/rebuilt the staircase. There was a strong commitment to getting the work done correct in a timely fashion and NBE clearly stood behind the quality of work delivered. I asked for an extension in warranty within my contract to take me a full year out from repair to make sure through the next rainy season there was no chance of the issue coming up again and they graciously agreed to this. Furthermore when they investigated the finished work which I was content with their supervisor still found room for improvement and had corrections done at my convenience. Detailed updates were provided to me along with photos to document the issues and their progress. I am hoping to work with NBE again in the future when I am ready to take on some home remodel projects.

We were referred to Northwest Building Endeavors (NBE) for help remodeling a bathroom and repairing a persistent leak. They were very fast and responsive with the initial bid and all subsequent communication. Work progressed quickly, and we absolutely love the new shower and all the tile! NBE attacked the persistent leak, and was able to identify and fix it without having to take apart a second bathroom shower! Once this part was complete we re-engaged NBE to repair and remodel the downstairs bathroom, as well as install vinyl flooring in the basement and up the stairs. The workmanship on the bathroom tile and the vinyl install is fantastic! We are super happy with how things turned out, and highly recommend NBE to you if you are in need of some help building or repairing your home. We're already planning our next project with them!

NBE LLC was great to work with. The company was quick at responding to my texts and understood what I wanted done. NBE LLC had one of its workers remove and re-finish a wall in my house. The worker did not speak English, but I used google translate on my phone and talked to him that way. NBE LLC’s worker was friendly, on time, and did a great job at making this look great at the end of the project. He didn’t cut any corners and ensured everything was done correctly, you could tell NBE LLC’s worker really cared about his work/craftsmanship. Highly recommend this company for any future projects!

We hired NW Building Endeavors as our contractors to build from scratch a permitted bathroom with a shower, and a washer room. We’re really happy with them, communication was very good, they worked hard and took great care of every detail, and gave us good advice at every step of the process. They also followed the schedule. We highly recommend them.

Excellent experience with these folks. Hired them to do a smallish project with kitchen repairs due to water damage. The workmanship was great and the final output exceeded my expectations. They have a hardworking team who cleaned up well after the job was done as well. I had to call them again for a minor thing post the project as well and they didn't hesitate to come back and fix it for me.. Details: They put in a new vinyl floor in the kitchen, put a new sink in, retroffited a new cabinet with existing cabinet doors and fixed the drywall. Everything was done in 3 days with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them for your next project.

NBE LLC was quick in responding to inquiries and provided a very competitive quote for our project to demolish a build-in bed and re-touch wall, ceiling and flooring. These guys are unlike any other contractor I have worked with - punctual, responsive and very good with communication. Also, their worksmanship is amazing. We wanted to get an 18 feet fireplace surround changed to marble tiles. I started looking at quotes and their quote was reasonable. It wasn't the cheapest, but NBE LLC was very communicative and clearly explained all the work involved, asked all clarifying questions and agreed to get the work done in the timeline we had. I hadn't had such clear and concise communication with any other contractor. We went through contract signing and NBE LLC checked back 3 days before pur agreed date to confirm the time. They showed up right on time of agreement and got the work finished before our deadline. During the work, they were accommodating of requests and explained everything as things progressed. The final result is a sight to behold! I will work with them again in a heartbeat.
