Safety & Mobility Updates
Immediate improvements for peace of mind. We upgrade your existing space with essential safety features: installing designer grab bars (reinforced blocking included), widening doorways to 36" for walker/wheelchair clearance, and upgrading to lever-handle hardware. We also improve lighting systems to prevent falls. A crucial service for seniors in Kent and Renton.

The Accessible Bathroom
A complete transformation for independence. We gut the existing bathroom to install a "Wet Room" system with a zero-threshold (roll-in) shower, linear trench drains, and slip-resistant large-format tile. We install floating vanities for seated access and reinforced benches. This is our most popular service for clients in Bellevue and Redmond who want to stay in their Forever Home.

Structural Transformations (Level 3)
For complex accessibility needs that require moving walls. We specialize in Main Floor Laundry Relocations (moving utilities up from the basement), residential elevator shaft framing, and building attached "Mother-in-Law" suites. The Clean Build
We understand that some clients may be living in the home with health sensitivities. We use HEPA air scrubbers and dust barriers to keep the air clean during construction.
